Foreign Workers Insurance

Introduction

The Workmen's Compensation Act was revised in August 1996. It stipulates that it is mandatory for every employer to insure all the foreign workers employed by them under an approved insurance scheme in respect of any liability they may incur under the Workmen's Compensation Act 1952.
