MCI Staff Clerical Development Program in Cherating

On the 3rd till the 5th March 2006, All MUI Continental Insurance Berhad’s clerical staff have been given an opportunity to further develop themselves in a training program entitled “Delivery Service Quality for MCI”. The event was organized to better enhance MCI clerical staff’s service for the company. Clerical staff from all over Malaysia gathered in Kuala Lumpur Head Office early morning of 3rd March and departed for their destination to Cherating, Pahang.

Arrival at the beautiful Resort in Cherating filled with greens and the seaside breeze.
  
 

Upon Arrival its was off to the Resort Classrooms and Speech by our Company CEO, followed by Classroom Sessions.
  
 

And of course classrooms sessions must include blindfolded classroom games to spice up their activities.
  
 

Apart from Classroom sessions, we also had outdoor activities and motivational games to spice up the setup.
  
 

Our staff can’t wait to be off to the beautiful seaside and to get wet.
And what better way to relax then beach volley ball in the rays of the setting evening sun

 
After 2 days of fun and sun both in classrooms and outdoors, the gang decided to have the traditional group photo session on the last day.
  
 

Then its time to go back home after their enjoyable trip.
