We are pleased to inform that in order to provide better value added service to our policyholders, we are now providing the following services free of charge to all Comprehensive Private Cars with period of insurance effective from 1st January 2006:

24 hours Emergency Towing and Minor Roadside Repair

In the event that the your vehicle is immobilised due to accident or breakdown, you may contact MUI AUTO ASSIST 24-hour Alarm Centre for immediate assistance. Should it be deemed possible by MUI AUTO ASSIST and/or its mechanics to provide Minor Roadside Repair, MUI AUTO ASSIST shall arrange for such repairs. In the event it is not possible to repair the car on site, MUI AUTO ASSIST shall arrange for the  vehicle to be towed.

MUI AUTO ASSIST shall organise and pay for the towing and/or labour cost for roadside repair up to a maximum of RM 100.00 per event. In the event that the Minor Roadside Repair services were not provided, the total limit of towing services to be paid by MUI AUTO ASSIST shall  RM 100.00. Should the total towing charges exceed RM 100.00, the policyholder shall pay the additional towing charges incurred.

MUI AUTO ASSIST shall not be responsible for any cost incurred for any spare parts,  batteries or petrol required during Minor Roadside Repairs.

All cost incurred for Toll charges if any shall be borne directly by the policyholder.
