Commercial 'All Risks' Insurance

Introduction

This policy is intended to cover property (excluding buildings and stocks) which are not mobile such as office equipment, fixtures and fittings, plant and machinery.

The cover is very wide as it provides indemnity against lost, damage or destruction to the property insured by any accident or misfortune not expressly excluded by the Policy.

Principal Exclusions

• Loss or damage caused by
  
• Wear and tear, insects vermins, action of light atmospheric or climatic conditions or gradual deterioration.
• Any process of cleaning dyeing repairing or restoring
• Mechanical or electrical breakdown failure; derangement or misuse
• Delay confiscation or detention by Public Authorities
• Normal settling seepage shrinkage or expansion in buildings.
  
• The breakage of electrical valve bulbs or tubes.
• Loss due to the dishonest acts of the Insured or any person acting on his behalf.
• Cheating or Criminal Breach of Trust as defined in the Penal Code.
• Faulty or defective design, materials or workmanship.
• Consequential Loss of any kind.
• Manuscripts, plans, drawings or designs, patterns, models or moulds, deeds, bills of exchange, promissory notes, securities, stamps, cheques and money.
• War and Nuclear Risks.
• The Deductibles stated in the Policy.
