ENTITLEMENT

Accidental Death & Disablement
Pays the Capital Sum for accidental death, total paralysis, injuries resulting in being permanently bedridden, loss of two limbs, loss of sight of both eyes or loss of one limb and sight of one eye and Half the Capital Sum of loss of one limb or sight of one eyes.

Medical Benefit
Reimbursement for expenses incurred shall be made only if such medical or surgical treatment is provided to the Insured by a qualified Medical Practitioner within 2 years after the date of accident provided that the first expense is incurred within 26 weeks of the date of accident.

Sickness Benefit
When the Insured is hospitalised as a result of a sickness which is contracted and which commences during the period of insurance, a compensation at the rate selected will be payable per day up to maximum of 60 days. This benefit is payable regardless of actual expenses incurred.

Hijacking Extension
In the event of a hijack exceeding 12 consecutive hours, the Insured shall be compensated the amount of RM250/- per day up to maximum of 20 days.

EXCLUSIONS

ACCIDENT: Acts of war, suicide, intoxication, motorcycling, flying except as fare-paying passenger, hazardous sports, water sports, provoked murder & assault, strike riot & civil commotion.

SICKNESS: Rest cure or recuperation, pregnancy, childbirth or miscarriage, nervous or mental disorder, cosmetic surgery, pre-existing illnesses.

RENEWAL BONUS
The accidental and permanent Disablement benefits will be increased by 5% of the Original Sum Insured each year upon renewal of the Policy up to maximum of 25% of the original Sum Insured at no additional cost to you, provided no claim has been incurred under any section of the Policy.

Occupations Not Written:
Divers, Military and Law Enforcement Officers, Pilots or Air-crew, Seamen, Jockeys, Oil Rig Workers, Sawyers, Timber Logging Workers, Timber Lorry Drivers or Attendants, Racing Drivers, Professional Athletes and Sportsmen, Fishermen, Persons in non-regular employment and occupations of similar hazards.
