MUI Continental Insurance Berhad wants to ensure that all their customers and agents are comfortable with our service and have set up a Complaints Unit to cater for all our clients complaints.

To enable your complaint to be handled efficiently, kindly follow the basic steps below:

STEP 1
Make your complaint by completing the standard Complaint Form attached.

STEP 2
Email the duly completed Complaint Form to complaints@muicna.com
You will receive an auto-reply that contain the relevant details for future correspondences.

STEP 3
Keep copy of the Complaint Form for records and kindly await our reply within the stipulated timeframe.

STEP 4
If you do not receive a reply from us within the timeframe mentioned, please resend the Complaint Form to the same email address or call directly the Customer Advocate for further attention.
